Policies and Conditions

Cancellation/Refund/Registration Policy (Policy effective as of 01/01/2015):

Incomplete registrations:

Registrations must be paid 10 days before  the conference or workshop you are registering for.  If payment has not been received, payment must be made at the door in order for registrants to attend the conference.

Filling out the form to complete a conference registration payment invoice does not complete your registration – payment does.  There will be no cancellation notice or fee necessary for those who complete this form, but never submit payment.

Completed/paid registrations:

Due to space reservations, food, and printing expenses, NO REFUNDS will be given to cancellations made within 10 days of the workshop/conference you are registered for.  REGISTRANTS UNABLE TO ATTEND STILL INCUR REGISTRATION FEE.  Cancellations more than 10 days before the workshop/conference must submit their request via email to dking@legaldigest.com, including the name of the registrant and the ISD and payment information.  There will be a $30 processing fee for these cancellations made more than 10 days before the conference/workshop.
